I know because i found something better to use. It's still breaking the rules. So it can't just apply to some people and not apply to others. And i bet if he did super great JBL promos and Rey you would not care.

jbl is a announcer on Smackdown in real life and Smackdown is the new superstars these days I have Accelerator so I can always lower him below 85 or at 85 if that's ok. I can also make rey a 83 overall since he's teaming with sin cara and is old

The point isn't so you lose more with them, the point of one above and one below is the popularity and new members may want someone popular to choose.

A bunch of people have wanted JBL. Pgay likes him, somebody else was him before Merked, and I know of people in other leagues who like him.

Rather than have the rule be based on ovrl. On the roster we shold put in italics or bold or something the people in game not allowed as a second (unless a test promo is done imo :p but thats a story for another day lol)

Agreed if you want to be 2 good superstars you have to give 2 great promos. (Also it should be done by how pop they are in leagues like E.G Flair is pop in real life but no one picks him in leagues.)
